Q. Is there parking on site?
A. There is no parking on the direct event site, however we are organising off site parking to be confirmed nearer the event. There will be Direction Signage available on the day.
There are a number of limited accessible parking. Please email info@woolyfest.co.uk for more information.
Q. Where is the nearest Public Transport.
A. Knebworth Train Station (Thames Link Line) is an approx 15 - 20 minute walk from the event. The 301 bus runs directly past the event site (Red Lion Bus stop). Uber and local Taxi's operate in the area. (Post Code SG3 6JP).
It is recommended to pre-book Taxi's or rides home for the end of the evening due to the amount of people trying to exit the event at the same time. Public Transport will be limited at this time of the evening.
Q. Can I bring my own Alcohol to the event
A. Unfortunately no personal alcohol will be allowed into the event due to H&S reasons. Searches by accredited SIA approved security staff will be conducted on entry. There are plenty of bars at the event to buy all your alcohol and soft drinks.
Q. Can we bring our own food?
A. Unfortunately not. Due to our licensing restrictions with H&S we can not allow outside food in to the event in case of allergies. There is plenty to eat at the festival including vegetarian and sweet and savoury options. There will also be snacks/crisps available. Our food vendors cater for allergies and intolerance. We can allow you to bring sealed baby food for infants.
Q. What time does the event start and finish?
A. Doors open at 11.00am. The first act starts at 11.30am. The event finishes at 23.00hrs.
Q. If it rains will the event be canceled?
A. No the event will happen rain or shine.
Q. Can I bring my pet?
A. No, unfortunately, animals will not be permitted on site (unless it is a guide or service animal).
Q. Are there toilets on site?
A. Yes there are festival style toilets around the site available throughout the day. There is an accessible toilet and baby change located in the village hall.
Q. Can I get water or soft drinks on site?
A. Yes, there will be bottled water to purchase, you can refill your water bottles free from our filling station. There will be soft drinks that can be purchased from our bars and vendors.
Q. Will there be seating?
A. There will be some hay bales scattered around the site, however, you are more than welcome to bring your own foldaway chairs/seating.
Q. What time is last entry to the site?
A. Gates close and last entry for on the gate sales will be at 8pm. However if you have been in and got your wrist band, you will be able to come and go through security.
Q. Can I get Tickets on the Gate?
A. There may be some tickets available on the gate dependant on availability. However these will be at a higher price than pre-brought online tickets.
